Get your suspended Google Ads account back — properly, not by guesswork.
A suspension switches your paid revenue off overnight. We find the real cause, remediate it against Google's written policies, and build an appeal reviewers can act on.
If any of this sounds familiar, you are in the right place
If two or three of these are true, this service is likely the right fit.
- Your account was suspended without warning and the notice does not explain what actually triggered it.
- You have appealed once or twice already and received the same automated rejection.
- You were told to “fix the landing page” but nobody said exactly what was wrong with it.
- A new account you opened was suspended almost immediately for circumventing systems.
- Advertiser Verification or Business Operations Verification keeps failing and you cannot tell which document is the problem.
- Your agency or freelancer has run out of ideas and the account is still down.
What our suspension recovery work covers
Every engagement starts with diagnosis. We do not submit an appeal until we know what we are appealing about.
Full account audit
Campaign structure, ad content, billing profile, account history, linked accounts and payment instruments.
Website & landing page review
Policy alignment, required pages, disclosures, data collection, redirects and any cloaking or mismatch signals.
Root-cause diagnosis
A written explanation of what we believe triggered the suspension — in plain language, not policy jargon.
Corrective action plan
A prioritised, specific remediation list. Not “improve your site” — exactly which page, which element, which change.
Appeal preparation & submission
An appeal drafted around the actual violation, with the evidence Google's reviewers look for.
Follow-up appeals
If the first response is a rejection, we reassess and rebuild the case rather than resending the same text.
Verification document pack
Identity, business and operational documents assembled and cross-checked for AV and BOV.
Post-reinstatement compliance
What must change permanently so the same trigger does not recur.
Choose the level that fits
Every package is quoted after a short consultation, so the scope matches your actual situation rather than a generic template.

Policy categories we handle
Every Google Ads policy category, including the ones most providers will not take on.
How we deliver
Case review
You send the suspension notice and account details. We tell you honestly what we think we are dealing with.
Audit
We examine the account, website, creatives and business documents together — the cause is often in the gap between them.
Remediation
You receive a specific corrective plan. We guide your team, or carry out the changes ourselves.
Appeal
We prepare and submit an appeal built around the actual violation, with supporting evidence.
Stay compliant
Once reinstated we set out what must stay fixed, and can monitor the account against future policy risk.
Google Ads Suspension Recovery — frequently asked
Honest answers, including where we would tell you not to buy.
Can you guarantee my account will be reinstated?
No — and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Google makes the final decision and no third party can override it. What we commit to is a correct diagnosis, proper remediation and a professionally evidenced appeal. If we believe a case is not recoverable we will tell you, rather than take a fee and let you find out later.
Does Google charge for appeals?
No. Google does not charge anything to submit an appeal and you can file one yourself at no cost. Our fee is for expert diagnosis, remediation and representation — the work that determines whether the appeal succeeds.
How long does recovery take?
It varies with the policy category and Google's review queue. Straightforward cases move faster than circumventing-systems or repeat-suspension cases. We give a realistic expected range after the audit rather than a promise upfront.
I have already appealed and been rejected. Is it too late?
Usually not. Repeated rejections most often mean the appeal addressed the wrong thing, or resubmitted the same text. We reassess from scratch and build a different case.
What do you need from me to start?
The suspension notice or email, access to the account (or a screenshot of the policy manager), your website URL, and any verification documents already submitted.
What happens after the account is restored?
Reinstatement is not the end of it — the conditions that caused the suspension usually still exist. You get a compliance checklist, and we can monitor the account on an ongoing basis so it does not happen again.
