Why not just use an off-the-shelf payroll product?
Often you should, and we will say so. Those products are strong and inexpensive for standard requirements. We are the better choice when you need heavy customisation, on-premise deployment, data residency control — or simply someone to actually implement and support the system rather than leaving you to self-serve.
Is it compliant with Indian statutory requirements?
Yes — PF, ESI, TDS and Professional Tax, with Form 16 generation. Statutory updates are applied as part of support.
Can it be hosted on our own servers?
Yes. The Enterprise tier is available as an on-premise or private cloud deployment, which is usually why organisations come to us rather than to a cloud-only product.
Do you file returns on our behalf?
Not by default — that is your chartered accountant's remit. The software generates everything needed, and filing support can be arranged separately.
Can you integrate with our attendance devices?
Yes. Biometric and attendance device integration is available, and is included in Enterprise implementations.
